You can embed an R code chunk like this:

Writing Math

In the YAML front matter, set math: true and you’ll get MathJax to render your math. Inline math, such as the formula \(A=2\pi r^2\) for the area of a circle, is easy, as is displayed math:

\[\sum_{k=1}^{\infty}\frac{1}{k^2} = \frac{\pi^2}{6}.\]

Including Plots

You can also embed plots. See Figure 1 for example:
